Baby Claire and Landry Family

My name is Melinda and I am a work partner with Ashley Landry. On Dec 25th, 2021, Ashley and Andrew were shocked to find out they were expecting a new baby after over ten years of trying. The excitement was so heartwarming. Baby Claire was expected to make her big entrance

into the world Aug 19 2022. This would be a long haul as Andrew had to be in Base Borden for 8 months on course with his job in the Military.

On May 17th Ashley began to have complications and had to be airlifted from North Bay to Toronto.  Now on bed rest with no family by her side to go through the emotions of what could happen. This was not bad enough for Ashley and  Andrew; Andrews's mother sadly passed away while Ashley was in the hospital. Sat, May 28th, Baby Claire decided she was ready to make her grand entrance at only 28 weeks weighing only 2.3lbs! With all covid restrictions and emergencies, Ashley and Andrew are now being discharged and Baby Claire needs to stay in hospital. This is now going to greatly impact the family as they need lodging and daily transportation to be with Claire. This family is not ones to ever ask for help. We need to help our own especially when they dig deep and find the courage to ask.

With everything going on in this crazy world, its my hope that some people will have a few dollars to spare and help this incredible family that does so much for everyone and the community they live in and allow them to remain in Toronto till Claire can come home. They are far from being in the clear. I have hopes we can all really behind this beautiful family and give them some relief. Thanks in advance to all that can help or share this out!
