I am raising funds for my son Blayze who is just shy of 2 1/2 years old and is my absolute everything! Blayze was involved in an incident, while under someone else’s care. He was burned by a charcoal cooking grill and suffered 3rd degree burns over approx 20% of his body. He has burns on his left hand from his fingertips to his left armpit, all across his chest, from his right armpit to his right forearm, and a burn on his knee. He has received one (cadaver) skin graft so far and may have to have more due to the burn on his chest being so deep. Each graft requires two surgeries (one to place the graft and one to remove it). He is currently in between surgery #1 and surgery #2. We are praying there won’t be a surgery #3 and #4.

I have no clue about PT or more surgeries as he grows at this point; we just have to wait and see. What I do know is it's going to be a long road and his life will be forever altered. Update: I have become aware that Blayzes’s father is reaching out to donors to try and convince them I am lying about our son‘s injuries. Blayzes injuries are exactly as I have listed them. I don’t know how I would possibly be faking hospital visits, surgeries and photos…?
