Baby Bauer is Here!

Hi, my name is Danielle Shenk and I have

set up this account for my sweet cousins, Ben and Courtney Spillers, and sweet baby Bauer. Bauer was born at 24 weeks on June 15, 2022. He weighed 1 lb, 3 oz and was 11.42” long. He is tiny, but oh so mighty! Courtney was discharged today, June 19, on Ben’s first Father’s Day. Baurer is in the NICU in Atlanta and will be there for several months. Their commute is an hour drive one way and as you can imagine they will be at the hospital every chance they can get. The Ronald McDonald House will not accept them because Piedmont is not affiliated with them and the Piedmont House is closed due to COVID. If you feel led to give, it will be greatly appreciated. If you can’t, we just ask that you continue to keep Courtney, Ben, Baby B and every nurse and doctor caring for the baby in your prayers. Much love and thank you!
