Support Sylvia's Journey to Stability
Donation protected
My name is Micah Robinson, and I recently became a part of the Storm Force Recovery Team to help our community in a desperate time of need. During the winter storm, we gave people rides, delivered medication, took people to the grocery store, and pulled vehicles out of ditches. We had one particular case come up of a lady that was kicked out during this storm. Her name is Sylvia Wallace, and she is 61 years old. She was soaking wet and blue when someone picked her up. She stayed in contact with us the whole time, and we have been coming up with a plan as fast as possible to make sure she is okay and taken care of. We have had donations that have covered a hotel room for her, food, and general necessities. She has a nursing job in Alabama that she’s supposed to start next week but has no car and no place to stay. She has an apartment lined up at the beginning of March, but they are still being built. We would like to raise enough funds to at least get her a room by her work to get her by until March. If we can raise enough to get her a vehicle, that would be amazing! Whatever you can do to help would be amazing! We would really like to make a difference in Sylvia’s life because she is the sweetest lady, and she has given up all hope! Thank you and God Bless!
