Hi, our names are Scarlett Rupp and Sophie Parker. We are students at the North Carolina School of Science and Math in Durham, but we are from Boone, NC. We’re fundraising to support a local family still recovering from Hurricane Helene, which hit Western North Carolina in September 2024. We want to remind people of the ongoing impact of the hurricane and share the story of the Boone family. The funds we raise will help provide essential supplies and support for their recovery. Every donation, big or small, helps this family rebuild and shows how our community cares.
