As many of you know on July 10th, 2021, we lost Jay, who was a loving husband to Bev, son, uncle, brother, co-worker, beloved friend and most of all, a proud father to Kason, Navaeh and step father to Lex.

Jay is loved by so many and for all of us who had the pleasure of having him in our lives, you know what a wonderful person he was. He would do anything for those he loved, was incredibly caring, hard working and loved to laugh.

As his family struggles to process Jays sudden passing, we would appreciate any financial assistance in support of his wife Beverley Fernandes and his 2 children.  The funds will be used to pay any unexpected expenses and both children 

Jay will be deeply missed by all of us who loved him.
