Land for future children's home Cambodia

After working with a number of children's homes in Thailand and Cambodia, we would like to set up a children's home of our own in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The first step is the land. We have found a perfect little block of 1500 square metres where we would have room for a home and self sufficient veggie garden.
