Azalea's Journey: A Fight for Her Heart

Hello! We have never made one of these before so I am going to give it my best shot. 4 days ago I was able to give birth to the most amazing, sweet, perfect baby girl. Our family had a full night together after she was born, and then our world was quickly flipped upside down. Our daughter, Azalea, was taken in a helicopter to the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital from Fairview in Hibbing, MN. We were able to find out that her heart wasn’t pumping how an infant heart should be. All of the pieces are there, it’s just not able to do its job on its own. She is stable right now, and what is going is currently undiagnosed. They are running tests everyday, doing labs, and keeping her as comfortable as they can. We are hours from home, her father is unable to go back to work, and we really need some help. Anything means the world to me and my family, even just a simple share. Everyday we will continue to stay strong and fight with and for our daughter on this journey. All money raised will go towards incoming bills, treatments, stays while we are in the cities, and any other expenses.
