Quienes lo conocen saben cuánto ama montar bicicleta, mantenerse activo y compartir esa pasión con los demás. El ciclismo siempre ha sido una parte importante de su vida y una de las cosas que más felicidad le da. Es una persona tranquila, humilde y enfocada en construir un mejor futuro para nuestra familia.

Después de una audiencia, le otorgaron una fianza migratoria de $60,000, una cantidad que para nosotros es imposible reunir solos. Nuestro mayor deseo es poder traerlo de regreso a casa mientras continúa su proceso legal en libertad y junto a su familia.

Este proceso ha sido extremadamente difícil tanto emocional como económicamente. Aunque este proceso ha sido muy duro para nosotros, seguimos confiando en Dios y manteniendo la esperanza de que todo pueda salir bien.

Hello, my name is Ariana Yanez, and today I find myself in the difficult position of asking for help for my husband, Richard Heath.

Currently, Richard is being detained by immigration while going through his legal process in the United States. He was detained while attending one of his scheduled ICE check-ins, showing that he was always complying with the process and following the instructions of the authorities.

Richard has never had any criminal record. He has always worked honestly, paid taxes, and fought every day to move forward alongside our family.

In addition to being a hardworking man devoted to his home and family, Richard is passionate about cycling. Those who know him understand how much he loves riding his bike, staying active, and sharing that passion with others. Cycling has always been an important part of his life and one of the things that brings him the most happiness. He is a calm, humble person focused on building a better future for our family.

After a hearing, he was granted an immigration bond of $60,000, an amount that is impossible for us to raise on our own. Our greatest wish is to bring him back home while he continues his legal process in freedom and surrounded by his family.

This process has been extremely difficult for us both emotionally and financially. Although this situation has been very hard on us, we continue trusting in God and holding on to hope that everything will work out.
