Today, January 22, 2026, in the Shakopee area, my brother Cristian was arrested. He was working at that location when ICE agents arrived. He was at the top of the lift basket, which they couldn't access, but an American individual tampered with the machine to make it more accessible to the ICE agents, allowing them to arrest him. My brother has never had any problems with the law; he is a very humble and respectful person, a responsible father, and a loving husband. Our family is devastated because this is the second time we are going through these difficult times. We want Cristian to come home.
