On September 22nd, my 19-year-old brother was tragically shot in the neck and ribcage/lung area. He is currently in the hospital fighting to recover, and our family is doing everything we can to support him through this difficult time. 

My mom has not been able to work because she has been by his side day and night, caring for him and managing the challenges that come with such a serious situation. As you can imagine, the medical bills and recovery costs are already overwhelming, and we know they will continue to grow. We are asking for your support to help cover his medical expenses, recovery needs, and to ease the financial burden on our family while my mom is unable to work.

El 22 de septiembre, mi hermano de 19 años recibió balazos en el cuello y en la costilla/pulmon. Los doctores dijeron que es un milagro que todavía esté con vida, y ahorita sigue en el hospital luchando para recuperarse.

Gracias a Dios todavía lo tenemos con nosotros, pero el camino va a ser largo y los gastos médicos son muy caros. Entre las cirugías, el hospital y la recuperación, las cuentas se están juntando.

Además, mi mamá no ha podido trabajar porque está con él día y noche cuidándolo, y no planea dejar su lado hasta que se recupere.
