En nombre de mi familia quiero compartir con ustedes esta campaña que iniciamos con mucha fe y esperanza para ayudar a Fanny Calles de Arismendi, de 73 años, quien necesita recuperar su movilidad y calidad de vida.

Antes de poder someterse a la cirugía de cadera, Fanny debe recibir un tratamiento previo para aliviar el dolor causado por tres hernias discales. Este tratamiento incluye terapias de rehabilitación, acupuntura, medicación y el uso de plantillas ortopédicas que mejoren su postura y fortalezcan su recuperación.

Posteriormente, los médicos le indicaron la colocación de una prótesis de cadera de doble movilidad, atornillada y no cementada, con cabeza de cerámica en el lado izquierdo, acompañada de terapias diarias que serán esenciales para su rehabilitación.

El costo total de todo este proceso, incluyendo los tratamientos previos, la cirugía, la prótesis y los gastos médicos, asciende a aproximadamente $10,000 USD, una cifra que lamentablemente no podemos cubrir solos en este momento.

On behalf of my family, I would like to share with you this campaign that we have started with great faith and hope to help Fanny Calles de Arismendi, who is 73 years old and needs to regain her mobility and quality of life.

Before undergoing hip surgery, Fanny must first receive treatment to relieve the pain caused by three herniated discs. This treatment includes rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture, medication, and orthopedic insoles to improve her posture and strengthen her recovery.

Afterward, doctors have recommended the placement of a dual mobility hip prosthesis, screwed and uncemented, with a ceramic head on her left side, followed by daily therapies that will be essential for her rehabilitation.

The total cost of this entire process, including the preliminary treatments, the surgery, the prosthesis, and medical expenses, amounts to approximately $10,000 USD—a figure that unfortunately we cannot cover on our own at this time.
