Hola, mi nombre es Andreina y estoy atravesando uno de los momentos más difíciles, pero también más llenos de amor y fe en mi vida.

Hace poco me confirmaron que mi bebé, Constanza, tiene síndrome de Turner, una condición genética poco común que implica varios desafíos en su desarrollo. Además, se le detectó un higroma quístico y un derrame pleural, lo que complica aún más su situación y requiere controles médicos constantes y atención especializada.

Los médicos me aconsejaron interrumpir el embarazo… pero no pude hacerlo. En cada ecografía su corazoncito seguía latiendo con fuerza, y ahí entendí que ella está luchando por vivir. Yo tampoco me voy a rendir. Decidí seguir adelante, confiando en Dios, en la medicina y en el profundo amor que siento por ella.

Por todo esto, he tenido que tomar reposo y enfrentar gastos médicos importantes. Aunque sigo trabajando, me está costando mucho cubrirlos sola: estudios, traslados, medicamentos, seguros y hasta una cuota para poder planear su nacimiento.

Esta campaña nace desde la esperanza y el amor, para poder darle a Constanza las mejores posibilidades. Cada granito de ayuda, por pequeño que parezca, suma muchísimo. Y si no puedes donar, compartir esta campaña ya es una gran forma de apoyarnos.

Hello, my name is Andreina, and I’m going through one of the most difficult, yet most meaningful and faith-filled moments of my life.

Recently, I found out that my baby, Constanza, has Turner syndrome, a rare genetic condition that comes with several developmental challenges. She was also diagnosed with a cystic hygroma and pleural effusion, which further complicate her condition and require constant medical care and close monitoring.

Doctors advised me to terminate the pregnancy… but I couldn’t do it. At every ultrasound, her little heart was still beating strong, and I realized that she’s fighting to live. So I decided to fight with her. I chose to continue this journey with faith in God, in medicine, and in the deep love I already feel for her.

Because of all this, I’ve had to take medical leave and cover many health-related expenses on my own. Even though I’m still working, it’s been really hard to keep up with everything: medical tests, transportation, medication, insurance, and even part of the cost to plan her birth.

This campaign was born out of hope and love, with the goal of giving Constanza the best possible chance. Every bit of help, no matter how small, means the world to us. And if you’re not able to donate, simply sharing this campaign is already a huge way to support us.
