Help Ayat create a safe home Nada

With a heart filled with sorrow, I write this plea as my family and I endure the harsh reality of living in a tent after our home was destroyed by war.

I still can't believe that I won't return to our home, the home destroyed by war, taking with it the sense of stability and safety. It wasn't just walls and a roof; it was a sanctuary that shielded me from life's hardships and gave me a sense of belonging.

Today, I find myself in places that aren't mine, a stranger among things that hold none of my memories or the warmth of my past. Human nature seeks stability, a place to belong to and feel secure in, but living as a wanderer in others' spaces, trying to adapt to what isn't yours, weighs heavily on the soul and deepens the pain. The war didn't just take away the bricks of our home; it robbed us of our sense of security, planting a perpetual fear and an unrelenting longing for a corner we once called home.

Life in the tent is harsh and unforgiving, especially for my children. They wake up to cold winds in the winter and unbearable heat in the summer. There is no safe place for them to play or study, and I watch helplessly as their laughter fades under the weight of this difficult reality.
