Please, I need you to help me get my ONE YEAR OLD BABY GIRL back under my wing !


My name is Dana, 30, US citizen on SSI ... Lived in San Jose, California for the last 2 years.

 I am an Arabic Muslim woman and above all a first time mommy.

Have gone through life's tests and passed with God's grace .... and I again will do so for my little baby.

My daughter is 1 year old and her name is Aya.

The father of my child; is an American White revert enable to be with me . Who had taken me in and took care of me in a time of need.
 



Back until April 2021 , her father had us live in a hotel and was starting drug dealing. So I had to take action and planned to leave with my little one.

 
He figured that out,   didn't like that and raised a claim against me, claiming  I scratched him ; they believed him because I was furiously defending that I wasn't trying to kidnap our little baby and that I'm not violent.

But he used my health history against me and police believed him. My dentures make me speak loosely due to a hereditary gum infection the same as my dad's ... so that didn't help either. 

That, night he got me thrown in jail for claiming that I scratched him,  my brother down in LA intervened and bailed me out.

And court gave the father custody for our little baby for a month. I stayed in hotel near my baby as much as possible, on my expense.


After that, an attorney from an organization at that time, checked the case and knew how to retrieve information in regards to her father's felonies and that her grandfather was a child molester and is in jail.

The attorney had managed to give my little daughter back to me.


But I found myself in private shelters that can barely welcome me for 3 months and then order me to leave. 

Shelters are privately owned and they have their own set of agendas .... If you're not working they don't want you ..... I have serious gum infection and the dentures were already causing me serious constant pain ; would not be able to work ... who am I going to give my daughter to while working ?

So, found ourselves in a hotel again ; which we'd have to pay for until we find another shelter.


Being in a state of utter vulnerability on my own with my little toddler ... this time, I made a mistake and reconnected with her father.

He welcomed me and Aya to stay and moved us to yet another hotel , until I was able to do the paperwork for yet another shelter.



Months passed and my Baby's father would check on Aya and would take care of Aya whenever I need to go to the Dental University in San Francisco to work on my infected gums and the dentures  { Which the Doctor there; a Muslim sister helped me in securing the treatment funds }.

Months passed by and that's how good we mutually took care of Aya as parents ... he from a Hotel and me from a Shelter.


But once he knew that I will be moving down south to LA with my brother.

He agreed .... but then planned and kidnapped my baby just after I had finished moving everything in a trailer and ready to leave and had an appointment with my dentist, so left the baby with a mutual friend of ours ... she gave him my baby, my court paperwork and my tech such as a tablet laptop so that I can't reach out easily and show the police everything. 


He again won custody over Aya until Dec 1st . Claiming that I have mental issues.



.... He won the case this time because I had reconnected with him when I was  prohibited by law to do so.
And I had dropped attending the 3rd court hearing that was in my benefit, for the sake of maintaining a good relationship with my daughter's father.


Sarcastically .... he is now in a Shelter, on Rehab and he is now eligible due to his many past felonies and afflictions , he is eligible for  Housing through my little one year old baby girl.


So now I'm down here with my brother in LA where I had pre planned to work with my brother in his field  in Solar Electricity.

I'm a Bachelors graduate in Marketing , and had envisioned raising my daughter up in dignity... as her father wasn't able to provide for us anymore ... and was into the wrong route ; drug dealing etc.


 I just moved in with my brother in riverside county.

I’m in dire need for your assistance in anyway!

My daughter is with her father in Santa Clara county.

I have FAMILY COURT on the 1st of this DEC  2021 for an Emergency Screening, and I have no means to go there and get an Attorney or Pay for the Supervised Visitations the Judge set  ... or for a Waiver !

May you please help me and my daughter Aya to REUNITE PLEASE  ?
