A single mom with 3 kids

Hello Everyone!
I wanted to reach out to you as I am trying to raise some money for this poor, desperate family that I have come to know through one of my good friends. There’s a single mother of 3 kids small children in our area that’s running behind on her rent, doesn’t have a job currently, didn’t qualify for unemployment, and has no family here in the U.S., except for my friend’s sister who has been trying to help as much as she can. She has an old car that’s breaking down. She has reached out to a local organizations, but unfortunately hasn’t gotten any help. Right now, she won’t be evicted because of COVID-19 situation, but unfortunately, she may end up in a shelter. She hasn’t been able to hold a full-time job as her kids are underage and she has no one to watch them while she’s at work. In addition to these problems, there are medical problems in the family as well.
I don’t mean to make you depressed with her story, nor do I want to give out too much details as she’s a very private person and I would like to respect her privacy.
My heart breaks every time I think about her situation. I figured, we are all in a better place than this unfortunate woman and maybe we can reach out and help as much as we can. I wants reach out and help this family and give them a push so they can stand on their feet. I am sure there are other families in our community who need help, but right now I only know of this family and we want to help As much as I can.
