Hello everyone,

My name is Avignesh Harish Jagavkar, and I am working towards earning my Eagle Scout rank. For my Eagle Scout Service Project, I am organizing a Blackstone Back to School Supplies Drive. This initiative aims to collect essential school supplies for students in need, which will be donated to North Fulton Community Charities.

Why This Project Matters

Many students in our community struggle to access basic school supplies. Without these essential items, they face challenges in their education and overall academic performance. By providing these supplies, we can help set them up for success in the upcoming school year.

Project Phases

Distribute Flyers: We will spend a day distributing flyers in the neighborhood to inform residents about the upcoming supplies drive.

Solicit Volunteers: Gather and confirm volunteers who will help on the day of the drive.

Fundraising: Raise funds for any additional supplies needed through this GoFundMe campaign and other donations.

Collect Supplies: On the day of the drive, teams will collect school supplies from designated routes and the storefront location.

Sort and Deliver Supplies: After collection, we will sort the supplies and deliver them to North Fulton Community Charities.

Supplies Drop-off Location: 11275 Elkins Rd, Roswell, GA 30076 (North Fulton Community Charities)
