Project Impact

During the expedition, I’ll work on hands‑on community and environmental projects, including supporting local recycling centres to reduce plastic waste and prevent it reaching beaches, and helping to build eco‑tourism stalls and structures that promote environmental awareness.

A key part of my journey is wildlife conservation in Batu Puteh, an extraordinary area home to endangered orangutans, elephants and proboscis monkeys. This is one of the world’s most important, yet most threatened habitats, and with your support I can help protect it for future generations.

I’ll also contribute to vital community initiatives, such as building a youth centre, improving drainage systems to support healthier living conditions, and helping establish a community farming programme to improve food security and self‑sufficiency.
