I've been given the opportunity to go to Kenya on a volunteering trip with Girl Guides Anglia in the Summer of 2026.

For my trip to happen, I need to fundraise £3200.

In Kenya I will be working with children in a local school, and I am getting the chance to share my experience of guiding with a girl guides unit in Kenya.

Guiding is important for girls for many reasons. It gives girls a safe space to talk about anything, in a judgment free zone while also learning new skills that may not otherwise be taught to them.
