Save Family Home

Losing your grandparents is hard enough but being in jeopardy of losing the family homestead, that those same grandparents worked so hard to provide for their family to grow up, is gut wrenching. The home was willed to 2 grandkids but one doesn't want to keep the house and the other wants to honor grandmothers wishes and the memories shared in the home by keeping it in the family. Shadoe, my nephew, is trying to collect the funds necessary to save it and has paid the down payment but fell short on closing costs. If he doesn't produce the final costs he will lose it. Please help with anything you can spare. His mother is chronically ill and cannot financially help.
