Hi my name is Rhiannan 23 years old and decided to set up a charity fund for Autism Plus. The reason I pickes this charity is to see how much support they get and with the help fo raising money to get the supplies, health and Well-Being Support. I have met so many people who have Autism, Aspergere Syndrome, ADHD and simple as learning difficulties. I myself am Autisitc and see how much people like me struggle with day-to-day interations. Trouble understnad cetain subjecte mine being science. As much people are aware or our disorders a lot still misunderstand taking us for "naughty", "blunt", "lacknif empathy to others." And also finding ways to "fit in" to a world where people assume rather than ask stories. I want to support every kinr from children to adults. 3 in 10 nerudivergant kids and adult are sometimes unsucessful at secruing a job that 22% less than an average person that has 82% higher. Employers are quick to single out people as if were stupid and unrelialle, perhaps dead weight foe them to deal with. But no one knows how oragnized they are, pick on smaller details others may not, and brilliant at keeping things clean. That jobs alone should be some sort of retail business, acitivity team memberd at Youth centres and even leisure centers and cafes Stocking shelges so everything is stocked, every stacks of files stack and locked away. I wish morenpeople saw how much they they are worth and as everyone says, everyome deseves a chance dispite their condtions, health, race, religion, origion or sexuality. To raise this chairty to fund and for people to understand what many people go through. A way to be an eye opener, rather than posting" autism awareness posts" for views and likes.
