Autistic, disabled transfem, need help with disability mgmt.

UPDATE: I have told my GP I wanted a power chair and was shot down - insurance will thus not cover it.

Hi, I am Annika. I am a white autistic disabled transfem living in glorious Montana. I have a diagnosis of dysautonomia. Which is kind of like POTS, which is a specific diagnosis that falls under dysautonomia as an umbrella term. I need a power chair for transport (a car is a mobility aid, too) and I cannot get one on my SSDI income/insurance. I am trying to reach $800 of spendable returns (so it'd be a bit over $800) so I can get a specific power chair, that I found was the cheapest power chair I can get that meets the needs I have/specifications I need.
