Autistic Baby Leland

He went to the ER on the 19th with croup and conjunctivitis.. The croup was treated with priority over the eyes due to it being a respiratory concern.. He would not cooperate with any eye drops being that he has autism so he was sent home with nothing for his eyes...Two days later on the 21st he was taken back too the doctor due to worsening with his eyes where he was diagnosed with severe conjunctivitis and sent home with antibiotics eye ointment... He woke up today on the 27th with extremly infected eyes even after following the eye ointment instructions.. He was rushed too the ER and was sedated in order to truly analyze his eyes because he will not cooperate due too autism.. The doctors thought it was obsurd this had not been done previously.. A discovery of ulceritis on his right cornea was discovered along with severe infection both of the insides of his eyes and outsides of eyes as well being affected by infintigo... He's being transferred to shands too be treated by a pediatric cornea specialist... Financial hardships from work absence has stressed us beyond what we can handle on top of specialist expenses...
