I am Abeer Al-Sir from Gaza, 33 years old. I live with my family in a tent under constant bombardment, amidst the cold and fear.
I gave birth to my son Wael at the beginning of the war, and he is now two years old. During the war, I became pregnant again and gave birth to my son Hassan, who is now only two months old. My children came into this world amidst fear and destruction instead of safety and life.
My family consists of: my parents (70 years old), who suffer from chronic illnesses; my husband (42 years old); my daughter (12 years old); my son Wael (two years old); and my baby son Hassan (two months old).
We were displaced with nothing—no clothes, no furniture, no gas, and no blankets. We cook over an open fire, drink contaminated water, and live in unbearable conditions.
My children desperately need help, especially Wael and Hassan. I cannot provide them with milk or diapers, or even clothes to protect them from the cold. My baby Hassan is suffering without milk or proper care, and this breaks my heart every day.
I was deprived of food during my pregnancy and after giving birth, and I'm still living in extreme weakness and exhaustion.
The border crossing is open now, and this is our only chance to survive. We desperately need support to travel and save our lives.
The required costs are: $5,000 per person for Egyptian coordination,
$1,500 for crossing fees,
$2,500 for transportation and fuel,
$2,500 for travel to Germany.
We don't have any of these amounts.
From a broken mother's heart , please help us before it's too late. Any help, no matter how small, could save my children and give us a chance at life
