Austin's Road to Recovery with New Baby

Thank you for taking the time to read our story.

On July 11th, 2025, Austin was struck by a drunk, unlicensed driver while traveling on Route 50. The driver fled the scene but was later apprehended by the Cambridge Police Department. As a result of the accident, Austin was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a fractured C7 vertebra in his neck. He is now home recovering in a neck brace and under strict orders to rest and heal.

This accident has brought unexpected emotional and financial hardship. Austin will be out of work for at least 8 weeks with no income during that time. His wife, Raven, had budgeted her summer savings to cover her portion of the household expenses but hadn’t anticipated needing to support them both during this critical time.

What makes the situation even more difficult is that Raven and Austin are expecting their first child in August. With medical co-pays, bills, groceries, and gas adding up, they’re facing an overwhelming financial strain during what should be an exciting and joyful time.

We are humbly asking for support; any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease the burden and allow Austin to focus on recovery and prepare for the arrival of their baby. If you can’t donate, sharing this page means the world to us.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and continued support.
