Happy Boxes are made especially for Kapiolani Hospital's Child Life Services. Items that bring JOY and promote HAPPINESS are handpicked for children ages 0-18 years old. Happy Boxes are distributed to children when the playroom is closed or when a child is unable to leave their room.

Happy Box is a legacy project in loving honor of Aunty Barb Okabayashi.

Aunty Barb had her heart focused on serving others. She used her faith and gifts to fill young hearts with happiness and joy.

Happy Box is the flame of Aunty Barb's light and love that will continue to spread throughout our community like a wildfire. We can all help to improve the quality of life for others through simple acts of kindness and generosity.
