Cassie Ann Jacinto is the Student Activities Coordinator at Lahainaluna High School. If you know Lahaina, LHS is a cornerstone to this community. Cassie, as an alumni, breathes and lives Lahaina. This is her home, and she will do everything she can to take care of it. Her and her family have lost multiple homes.

My name is Victoria Zupancic, and I am the Academic Coordinator at Lahainaluna High School. I also see serve as the Vice President of the Maui Chapter of the Hawaii State Teachers Association (HSTA) , and I act as the State Chair

of HSTA’s Supporting Hawaii’s New Educators (SHiNE) Committee. Yes, I’m using ethos for your support.

Cassie Ann Jacinto is also my best friend. I don’t know how to put into a sentence, paragraph or whatever this is what she means to me, but more importantly, what Lahaina means to her. Cassie is one of the reasons I fell in love with Lahaina, but more so, why I was able to call this place home. She is tirelessly caring for her family right now, and she will not come up for air until they are okay.

She has lost her home, and much of her family has as well. If you were not okay, Cassie would be there to help. Let’s help her.
