I am going back to Haiti on November 3...this time to photograph the work that Hands Up For Haiti is doing (handsupforhaiti.org).  I'll be traveling with a group of doctors and nurses who will be working in two clinics in Haiti.  I'm very excited to get to join a different group and continue to raise awareness of the poverty of a nation so close to our country.   One of the doctors on the trip is my children's pediatrician so I'm delighted to be working with a local group!
I need to raise $3,000 to help cover the expenses of the trip, including airfare, travel within Haiti, room and board, meds, etc!  I had such generous donations for my last trip (and the garden is thriving) and hope that you will find it in your hearts to continue to support me on this journey!
One of the images that I took at the orphanage that the girls and I stayed in back in February currently graces the front page of Feed My Starving Children's Annual Report!  I hope to be able to provide them with some fresh images for their upcoming campaigns as well.
