I have been arrested. Charged with "CARRYING A WEAPON WHERE ALCOHOL CONSUMED". Enjoying my 1st & 2nd amendments.
I was exercising a constitutional protective activity when I when to a local restaurant who by their own admission less then 50% of their sales are from the consumption. In Oklahoma, people can carry into places where alcohol is consumed as long is it is not the establishments primary business. If consumption of alcohol is less then 50% of their gross sales then consumption alcohol is not their primary business.
