Someone is sexually assaulted in America every 68 seconds. Most will never report it. Almost none will see justice.
AubreyAlert is changing that.
We built a private, trauma-informed digital reporting system that gives every survivor — of every gender, background, and age — a way to document what happened, preserve evidence, and build a record that stands up in court. In their own words. On their own terms. Before they ever have to walk into a police station.
Why this exists
AubreyAlert was founded by Aubrey, a survivor, and funded by her father — a parent who refused to let his daughter's experience be in vain. Since 2018, this small team has been building the tool Aubrey wishes had existed on the day it happened.
"I know I am not the only one. If you are reading this and you have those smells or sights that start suffocating you — just know, you're not alone." ~Aubrey, founder & survivor
The core technology is now complete. Your donation funds the clinical experts, legal reviewers, and development work needed to reach the survivors who need this most.
What it does
AubreyAlert guides survivors through a private, self-paced interview — gently, at their own pace, with no strangers in the room. It asks: are you safe right now? It collects their testimony on video, in their own words, before memory fades. It tells them how to preserve physical evidence before the 120-hour window closes. And it produces a documented case file the survivor can deliver to law enforcement on their own timeline.
For the first time, a survivor's voice — their words, their emotion, their truth — has a place in the courtroom. If the defense challenges their account, the prosecuting attorney can show the jury the original video. Not a written summary. Not a transcript picked apart by a defense attorney. The survivor. Speaking for themselves.
