Funds For Attorney For Baby Max

Baby Max was born in November 2017 and has been solely living under the care of his mother, Sarah. When Sarah was 5 months pregnant with Max, her husband pushed her to the floor— injuring her and putting Max in danger. A domestic violence restraining order was obtained and Sarah left the relationship, but because Max was not born yet, he was not included under the protection.These funds will go to pay the retainer for an attorney to fight for Max to be included as a protected party on the restraining order and to secure that a custody order will be made that will be in Max’s best interest.
