Attorney for Tamara's Kids

About a month ago Tamara posted on FB about her attempt to seek custody for her kids, who were pleading to stay with her. Rev wrote a letter to the judge outlining his concerns about living with their dad. The judge granted a temporary order, she enrolled her kids in school and they were excited to finally live with their mom. The judge then denied the permanent order because she didn’t have an attorney and didn’t file the paperwork correctly. The kids were devastated and had one hour to gather their things and say goodbye.  

Tamara posted, “And for those that tell me I handled this right and I am so brave…you should see the footage at the sheriff’s office when I handed those kids back. If you could hear the video you could hear me swearing at John Cobb to get back in his @$%$#” car. That’s what happens when children are taken from their mother. She breaks, she falls apart, she screams and yells and she loses it. She literally loses it. 

And then she picks herself up and makes another plan.”

Trevor recorded this exchange and is now using it against her to seek sole legal and physical custody of the kids. He wants to have any and all phone and social media contact between her and her boys to be supervised. He wants her visitation to only be supervised day visits in Arizona.  

Her boys want to live with her. 

She needs $2,000 by Tuesday, and that’s just to get started. Trevor has family support and endless funds for lawyers. Tamara’s husband has been battlingbrain cancer for a couple of years and is looking fora new job. She needs help.

Anything you can spare to help out would be amazing.  Fighting Trevor and the Cobb’s in court is mentally, emotionally and financially exhausting. She will need all the support she can get!
