Attorney fees needed on behalf of Marissa Araiza

I am reaching out on behalf of the Martinez and Araiza family regarding an unthinkable tragedy that has just occurred within our family. As many of you may or may not know, our mother and nana, Angie Rodriguez, died in 2018 from a car accident where my little cousin, Marissa Araiza, was the driver. That day we lost our family's matriarch and the soul of our family, and my little cousin Marissa was faced with the reality of all her medical injuries and the guilt of being the driver of the car on that terrible day. Although this car accident was merely an accident, Marissa has since been punished enough through her guilt and mental anguish over my Nana Angie's passing. Almost four years later, my little cousin has been arrested on charges stemming from the accident that resulted in my Nana Angie's death. Our family is devastated and looking at our options for obtaining counsel for her and trying to raise money to cover possibly a bail bonds fee. We humbly ask all of our friends, family, and friends and family who knew my Nana Angie for your help. My Nana Angie would have never wanted this, and my little cousin Marissa Araiza does not deserve this; she lives with the guilt every day, and to put her in jail for it does not seem just. We greatly appreciate any help that is provided.
