Attorney Fees for Child Support Court

Hello, family and friends…as many of you know, I am a single mother to my beautiful baby Maeve, and we are in a situation with her biological father. He had initially said he wanted to be a part of her life if she was, in fact, his, but he ghosted and blocked me on everything when I gave him the paternity results at 12 weeks pregnant. Since he was making it clear that he didn’t want to be a part of her life, I filed for child support right after she was born. He has dragged this process out for four months and, during our last review conference, stated that he doesn’t want visitation and doesn’t want to agree to the STANDARD financial terms either…so now we go to court. I’m confident that this will all go in my favor, as the state of Texas is good for nothing but at least only cares about what is in the best interest of the child. I need to hire an attorney for this process, and even at a reduced rate, I cannot afford it. I’m barely getting by with bills and childcare as it is, and this process will take many more months. Please help with whatever you can to ensure Maevey Bean gets the best shot in life with only one (very loving and badass) parent. Thank you all so much in advance❤️
