Attorney fee for Zoe

My daughter Zoe has been living with her dad since we separated 6 years ago. At the time, I had no job, no home an no money so I had no chance of custody.
Zoe is now 16 and much prefers dating other girls. She faces harrassment and ridicule at home with her father because of who she is.
I have not pursued to challenge for custody in the past due to both fear and finances. However, it is fear for my daughters well being and safety that I'm driven to do so now. 
I'm asking for help to raise funds to secure legal representation in moving forward. 
Teens in this kind of situation are at a high risk for self harm and suicide. I cannot take that risk by turning away and letting her continue to be in her dads home.
