Asylum Seeking Honduran Family Has Arrived

We - a small accompaniment team in Northern California formed to help Central American asylum seekers - are delighted that Juan Carlos, Erica and their 3 children were able to cross the border legally at last, and have recently arrived in Sonoma County. We've welcomed them and are celebrating that they survived a very difficult year on the Mexican border. Their needs initially will be great, as they begin their life here and work toward their goal of becoming self-supporting. All donations will go toward their basic needs, including welcoming a new baby into the family soon, and are very much appreciated!
