Assistance With Getting My Son Back

My name is Ronald Avila, I could really use some help getting my story out in any capacity. I fought for a year starting in March 2023 and still currently for my son who will be 5 on May 25th in Arizona. From that time all the way currently the mother was not following court orders and providing me my court ordered parenting time. I stuck with it and continued to do the right thing and fight it in family court. She blatantly told the judge she would not follow any orders they put forward and she was found in contempt of court. We begged the judge to arrest her and enforce my parenting time, he did not. I was finally awarded sole legal decision making and primary residence on March 6th 2024, A whole year later and a year without my son. I went with police to pick my son up from my ex's apartment. When we arrived we were notified by the apartment manager they had moved out in January of 2024 without notice to the court or myself. With the help of a PI we tracked them to North Carolina. By the time we sent police to North Carolina they were already gone from there as well. We just recently discovered that my ex wife, her mom, and my son received passports sent to North Carolina and have fled the united States on March 5th 2024. They did all this while the family court dragged their feet and would not enforce and incarcerate her for blatantly.not following court orders. I am now in the middle of working with local police, the FBI, and non profit organizations to help me locate and get my son back to me in the United States. This is going to be a long and expensive process while working with the Hauge Convention, FBI, and Lawyers. Any and all assistance would mean so much to me in the retrieval of my son Carmelo, even if it is spreading the word and bringing attention to father's rights. Thank you!
