Assistance to Bring Thomas Lewis Home

This is a fund set up for financial assistance to Thomas' family to bring him home after going missing on 10/20/2023, PHOENIX, AZ.

THE FAMILY IS REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO BE USED FOR WATER, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION, GAS, AND LODGING.

While on a group outing to the Arizona State Fair in Phoenix Arizona, at approximately 2:00 pm the individual separated from the group. Upon further search around the fairgrounds, family members were alerted and the Phoenix Police Department issued the missing person report 2023-1595745.

Thomas Lewis DOB 3/13/61 last seen wearing prescription glasses, camouflage cap, maroon shirt, and blue jeans. Height: 5’1” weight: 150lbs. The mental capacity of a 12 y/o.
