Hello, my name is Darlena Boley. On Wednesday night, my son Patrick Whitaker was admitted to Camden Clark Hospital with severe pancreatitis in the ICU. Thursday morning, he was placed on the vent to let his body rest. Thursday evening, he took a turn for the worse; they called in the family, and he was rushed to emergency surgery. After the surgery was completed, they life-flighted him to Ruby. He is in for a very long recovery. The family will be traveling to Ruby regularly. If you can do anything to help with gas and food, it will be greatly appreciated. Patrick has had 4 surgeries and another planned for Monday. He is still on the vent and has received a feeding tube. They have told us this is going to be a very long recovery. Patrick is fighting hard. Please keep the prayers coming.
