Hello Everyone, my name is Michael. I am humbly requesting your assistance to help me and my family. Recently, my right foot was amputated because of diabetes, and it has impacted my life tremendously. I was a truck driver and was let go from my job, which led to loss of my health insurance and the primary source of income for my household. As a result of the situation it has put my family in a financial bind. I am currently living in a rehabilitation facility that my 77 year old mother is paying for, learning how to walk again, and receiving treatment for kidney failure. I am blessed to be alive.
