Nevada S. Choate, 29, of Madison Township, passed away tragically on Sunday, June 15, 2025

He leaves behind Danielle, the love of his life. They were to be officially married in October. In his heart, she was already his wife; helping to support him, to become the man that he was. Although their time was short, he takes with them their endless love, jokes, kitchen dance parties, date nights and dreams.

He leaves behind his two daughters Mila and Charlotte whom he loved endlessly.
