We are heartbroken to share that our beloved grandmother passed away unexpectedly. As if this loss wasn’t enough, we discovered that the woman she was living with stole all her money, leaving her with nothing. Adding to our grief, Grandma didn’t have health insurance, which means my siblings, mother, and I are left to cover all the expenses out of pocket.

Grandma was a Japanese war survivor, having endured unimaginable hardships alongside her sibling. Despite the challenges she faced, she was always full of love, wisdom, and kindness. She dedicated her life to taking care of us, and now we want to ensure she receives the farewell she deserves. Unfortunately, without any financial support, we are struggling to cover the costs of her funeral and related expenses.
