I’m reaching out to ask for support for Jake’s parents Mark and Diane who are going through an incredibly tough time. Recently, we experienced the unexpected and heartbreaking loss of their son, Jake. This has been a devastating blow to our family, and Mark and Diane are struggling to cope with both the emotional weight of this loss.

We are hoping to raise funds to help cover Jake’s surviving son, Declan’s expenses and other costs as they take the time they need to heal. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in helping us get through this difficult period.
