Hello - My Mother and Stepfather (Lois and Gary) have been renting the home they've lived in for over 30 years. The owner passed and now the house is being sold. They received a just cause, no fault eviction notice and need to move by July 1. Under California AB1482 (TPA) they're not entitled to any relocation financial assistance.

They are in their 80's, on a fixed income, and Gary is on oxygen full time. They are stressed and worried about finding a place and being able to pay for moving expenses. I've never done a GoFundMe before, but I really want to come together to collectively help them out during this time. Please help if you are able - no amount is too small.
