Assist Freddy Benitez's Children in Their Time of Need

On August 22, 2024, our father, Freddy Benitez, passed away at the age of 48 after a month-long battle with an aggressive cancer. Our hearts are broken and our lives are forever changed.

In addition to being a husband, brother, and son, Freddy was a father of 4 children, Andres, Jonathan, Erick, and Aaliyah. Freddy was a hard-working, caring, and compassionate father. Although Freddy lived on his own, he would always provide for his children with food, clothes, school supplies, and even fun trips once in a while. Freddy had a trip to Ecuador planned for him and his children, and was excited to see all his family once again. Our father would unite everyone during this time; everyone remembers him as the man who made speeches and gave thanks for the unity in our family. There are so many great stories and features our father had and we will miss him dearly.

In the month our father spent in the hospital, members of our family have been kind enough to help cover necessary expenses. Our grandparents, who are retired, were kind enough to help with financial burdens during this time. As a sign of appreciation, we hope to allocate any donations to them as well.

The funds from this GoFundMe will be used to help cover medical bills to cover the care our father received. Any leftover funds will be allocated to an account reserved for Freddy’s children.
