Assist Day and Seb During Maternity Leave

Everyone who knows Day and Seb knows they are both very proud and independent people who would never dream of asking anyone for a handout. They have built a life and family together on their own and now they are preparing to expand that family with the upcoming birth of baby Anya. Unfortunately the birth of a new baby will mean the loss of one income from their two income household, as Day’s maternity leave will be unpaid.

Currently Seb and Day are able to meet their day to day needs and provide for their family without issue, but once Day goes on maternity leave, Sebastian will struggle to keep bills paid on their own. And more and more lately all signs seem to point to baby Anya wanting to arrive early and/or Day being put on bed rest soon. I know they are both worried about how they will keep afloat until Day can return to work. I also know that they would never ask for help, so I am going to ask for them.

I am Sebastian’s mom, Lori. I wish like hell I had the ability to just cover whatever they needed, but I do not. I know many of us struggle financially and have tight budgets. But if we can all chip in what we can spare, we can help their growing family survive this brief period and welcome their new baby into the world without the stress and worry of how to survive, while Day does the important work of giving birth and nurturing this new life.

One hundred percent of all funds raised (less the platform’s cut) will go directly to Seb and Day to use towards rent, utilities, food, and the daily needs of their family.
