Hello, my name is Clair. I am a senior citizen living in Jacksonville, FL on a fixed income. I have been supporting both my daughter and my grandson, both of whom have had a number of serious and ongoing health issues and have been unable to work. I too have had serious health issues, most recently having a triple bypass operation, with ongoing cardiac and mobility issues.

I am trying to sell my house and move back to New England to be closer to my oldest daughter and her family. Social Security is my only income source and I can no longer afford to keep my house in Florida and pay all of the expenses and support my family. I am trying to avoid going into foreclosure. Although my house is listed for sale, the real estate market here is not good and I am afraid that I will lose everything if I don't have some financial assistance until I can relocate.
