As many of you are aware, the downtown Barrel House Location caught on fire the morning of December 17th. The fire started in the basement where much work is needed The other two floors of the building experienced heavy smoke damage.

We are currently assessing the full extent of the damage and are working with the appropriate authorities and contractors to develop a plan for cleanup and restoration. Our main priority is to establish a sense of security for our 23 active employees who are out of work a week before Christmas. We are currently trying to move these employees to our Uptown Davenport Location (5141 Utica Ridge Rd.) The busier we are at this location - the more shifts open up for these employees!

In the spirit of the holidays, and to assist our dedicated employees who will be facing unexpected financial difficulties in the coming weeks due to the temporary closure, we are asking for small donations. Any contribution will go directly to these team members to help bring a little extra Christmas spirit and necessary assistance during this challenging time.
