Assist a Mother in Overcoming Legal Hurdles

I am a mother of 3, 2 living, trying to seek assistance in removing myself in a toxic domestic relationship. Anyone who knows me, knows I work hard to provide for my kids. I am currently being charged with trespassing by my son’s dad, and working hard to remove myself from a toxic domestic relationship that MAY cause issues with my current employment. I just want my kids to be happy and out of a home that was never meant to bring them peace. I have found housing, but seeking assistance with criminal trespassing charges brought upon me by the father of my youngest child. I would prefer to remove my kids from this torment before court and find a reason to believe again. I never ask for help and it killing me to know I have to stop these measures and handle more personal matters. 2 years + in the military, 2 months shy of 14 years in the criminal

justice system as a GDC employee in Georgia and 2 years as a non profit community employee, I am at lost for words to ask for help, but I have no choice. I need a place to call my own and financial means to fight a solider of the U.S. Army who’s trying their to best to ruin me and my reputation. I am customed to adjusting and asking for assistance from selective family with my issues but today it’s bigger and I need your help as bad as I do not want to publicly embarrass myself and my children. I have to fight the charges, pay a family attorney, and adjust being a single mother.
