I am Doug Stidham.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit to ask for your support in helping my mom during one of the most difficult times of her life.

Recently, my mom was hospitalized with a severe case of pneumonia. What started as a simple illness quickly became a serious and lengthy hospital stay, filled with complications, countless tests, and around-the-clock care. The emotional and physical toll has been matched by an overwhelming financial burden.

As many of you know, hospital stays are incredibly expensive — even with insurance. The mounting medical bills from her extended care, treatment, and medications are more than our family can manage on our own. She’s always been the kind of person to help others without asking for anything in return, and now she needs help herself.

We’ve created this GoFundMe with the goal of easing some of the financial stress so she can focus on healing, not on debt. Every single dollar will go directly toward her medical bills and recovery expenses. If you’re able to give, no matter how small, we would be deeply grateful. Anyone who knows my mom knows she was always filled with Gods Grace and Happiness. She never said a bad thing about anyone and loved everyone she came across. She never met a stranger and would talk to anyone she came into contact with. She loves our Lord Jesus Christ.
